Special thanks to Yunice, and other caring nurses and caregivers for the baby. Puts my mind at ease when my baby is being taken care of by these people The customer service was awesome as well, super responsive despite even outside working hours (special thanks to yaxuan, suet yee, grace and qi le) Food was nice. Almost cafe level with great presentation as well The massage was awesome. There is also frequent visits by the TCM and a doctor that is available as well As for facilities, there is a self service laundry below for dads that stays here, and a nice and clean pool that is not too crowded on weekdays Highly recommended for anyone looking for confinement services. Its really great for parents looking to ease into parenthood. Will greatly miss our time here ~ A T

在月子中心里的这28天，要感谢dee, sumi, jennifer, reen , maria这些保姆们，她们把宝宝照顾得很好，每天早上也会来量血压，询问有没有什么地方不舒服，晚上也会来帮忙清洗伤口和换药😉kak ton也会每天定时来打扫房间，确保干净整洁，准备吃的。她们也会指导该如何喂奶和帮小宝宝冲凉等等，让新手父母的我们不会不知所措🥰🥰 ~ Shu Y

A pleasant stay at Ladies Paradise Confinement Centre. From zoom meeting to check in, everything goes smooth. The entire process, the service and the stay make me feel reassured and satisfied. All the staff here are polite and friendly. The nurse are professional and well experienced. Nurse (Atyn and wanie) would check on my health condition everyday. Appreciate the fast response from the customer service team (Ya xuan, Suet yee and Suzen) and thank you Day & Night nursery staff (Eva and Rita) for taking care of my baby. They provide us a daily update on baby’s weight and condition. Also, there is room service/cleaning everyday. Overall the environment and service is good. Highly recommended. ~ Ying Q

I just completed my 28 days at Lady Paradise, and it was such a wonderful experience! 💕 The morning and night staff, Sundari and Fitri, were always attentive and caring, while Nurse Janah provided excellent support throughout my recovery. Jannah kept everything spotless, and Wati’s massages were truly relaxing. The customer service team — Suzen, Ya Xuan, Suet Yee, and Ziying — were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The food was delicious and nutritious, enhanced with traditional Chinese herbs that really helped me recover faster. The environment was clean, cozy, and peaceful — perfect for resting and healing after childbirth. Thank you, Lady Paradise, for making my confinement so comfortable and memorable! ~ Chen P

My wife stayed here in the month of March, 2026, and we are truly very satisfied with the overall care and service provided. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made sure my wife was comfortable, well taken care of, and able to recover properly during her confinement period. The environment is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained, which really helped create a relaxing and stress-free atmosphere. The room is cleaned everyday to ensure no harmful virus in the room as well. We also appreciate the quality of the meals and the attention to both mother and baby’s needs. The team is always responsive and supportive, giving us peace of mind throughout the stay. Overall, it has been a very positive experience for our family, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and caring confinement centre. ~ James T

I chose to stay at "Lady's Paradise" for my postpartum care. The service there was excellent and they were always available, which made my postpartum recovery period much smoother and less stressful. The environment was also very quiet, allowing me to get a good rest. Their baby care team, Aunty Lim (AM) and Amel (PM), provided daily baby reports to keep us informed about our baby's development. Nurses Mira,Jannah and Fika closely monitored my recovery and conducted daily checkups. Kakak Christine, cleaned the room regularly during our stay. Kakak Pipit postpartum massage services were highly experienced and significantly reduced my swelling and pain during breastfeeding. Their customer service team members, Ya Xuan ,Suet Yee and Su Zen, also answered our questions and responded quickly. I am very grateful to the team here,they did not let me experience anything unpleasant. ~ Beh K

A Perfect Place for Postpartum Recovery! Ladies Paradise is a great place for postpartum recovery. The meals prepared were delicious and designed for healing, the nurses were so supportive with breastfeeding. The traditional postpartum massage is very good. Mh wife’s masseuses (Kak Sally) is a true professional who expertly worked on my wife’s tired muscles and helped reduce the swelling in her legs. The messages were so relaxing and were a crucial part of her physical and mental recovery. Overall, the team at Ladies Paradise provided an incredible and professional experience. A special shout out to Grace, Suet Yee, and YaXuan for arranging the hospitality and massage. Another shout out to all nurses - Rita and Zira. They didn't just care for us; they empowered us as new parents. I highly recommend them to any new family looking for a supportive and restful recovery. ~ Yip F

Ladies Paradise Confinement Centre is a wonderful place for postpartum recovery. The meals served were delicious and suitable for postpartum recovery. We would like to say thank you to the nurse team especially Alesya, Lina and Thara who always give us a timely update on baby’s condition and advise on the method to reduce baby jaundice. Additionally, Kak Malar that provide prenatal & postpartum massage is truly professional which helped to reduce the swelling on my legs and helped me in breastfeeding. I had a great experience at this confinement centre. Although I felt very busy every day during these 28 days, it was a fulfilling and well-supported journey. The nursery team was very caring, special thanks to Yunis, who handled my baby with so much love and gentleness. It really reassured me knowing my LO was in good hands. There’s also TCM to check on mums and a paediatrician for the babies, which was really helpful. The customer service team was always friendly and responsive, even after hours. Big thanks to Ya Xuan and Grace for being so helpful and efficient. The only downside was the unstable WiFi, but overall, I still highly recommend this place to any FTM. ~ Maggie L

I had a speedy recovery after giving birth and my baby girl was also able to grow healthily...thanks to the excellent services and care provided here. They provide healthy delicious meals, in-room massages, newborn care classes, postpartum yoga classes and more. Staff were also very patient and attentive to our needs and requests. As they speak mostly Malay and Chinese, I had the opportunity to brush up on my use of these languages to communicate more effectively. The environment at this confinement centre is quiet and clean, allowing me to have enough rest during my stay. The staff are kind, gentle, and very responsive whenever I have questions about my baby. They always answer patiently and provide great support. The food provided is clean, not oily, and very healthy. I also appreciate the daily basic body check-ups conducted to ensure mummy is in good health condition. Highly Recommended! We experienced a TNB power maintenance during our confinement period, which required us (baby & mummy) to temporarily move to another hotel for one night. The migration services and arrangements provided by the team were absolutely awesome—everything was smooth, well-organized, and clean. The centre put in so much effort to take care of both baby and mummy, ensuring our comfort throughout. A special mention goes to the food—never once repeated, always delicious, and full of variety. My wife and I have a great experience at Ladies Paradise Confinement Centre (Nusa Idaman)! The services are superb, and there are many activities for both my wife and our baby. Definitely value for the money if you want to do confinement, especially for residents from Singapore. Not only is quality care (plus regular checkups, and daily baby status) and meals/accomodation provided, there are additional activities like massage for both mummy and baby, and baby spa (our favourite!), where our newborn can waddle in the water. They also practice strict visitor policy, which I understand to take care of baby's health. ~ Tan P

第一胎选择了新山的女人天地坐月子，整体非常满意。当初是在FACEBOOK上看到这家月子中心，之后发现地理位置很靠近家里，就选择了这里。月子餐方面，都不油腻且均衡，个人最喜欢下午茶。宝宝室有提供24小时CCTV，可以随时查看宝宝情况。护理人员也很细心，有任何问题都会耐心解答，也会现场教学。另外特别推荐按摩师 Kak Sally，按摩力度适中，尤其子宫按摩手法专业，让身体恢复效果很好。 ~ Alisia
