I had an amazing 28 days in this confinement centre! The food served are great and I’m truly grateful for the care my boy and I received. A special thanks to caretakers Eva, Alesya and dating Dan liya, who primarily cared for my baby with warmth and attentiveness, esp grateful and thankful to Alesya for her care and loving care for my baby. Although there is a lack of communication as most of the staffs speak malay, however their knowledge of postpartum care was great. Despite they have to take care of multiple babies at the same time but they are very attentive and alert and always reacted in time for proper handling. Of course, appreciate the help from the Customer Service - Ramya, Suet yee, ya xuan, Dan suzen who always answer my enquiries and attend to my special request. ~ Chuah W
As a husband, choosing a comfortable and caring confinement centre for my wife and baby was very important. We are glad we chose Ladies Paradise Confinement Centre. Special thanks to Yaxuan and Suetyee for their patience, prompt responses, and support throughout our stay. A big thank you to the nurses for their professionalism, care, and guidance. They took great care of both my wife and baby, giving us great peace of mind as first-time parents. The centre was comfortable, clean, and well managed. Seeing my wife and baby well taken care of made the entire confinement journey a very positive experience. Special thanks to Yunice, and other caring nurses and caregivers for the baby. Puts my mind at ease when my baby is being taken care of by these people The customer service was awesome as well, super responsive despite even outside working hours (special thanks to yaxuan, suet yee, grace and qi le) Food was nice. Almost cafe level with great presentation as well The massage was awesome. There is also frequent visits by the TCM and a doctor that is available as well As for facilities, there is a self service laundry below for dads that stays here, and a nice and clean pool that is not too crowded on weekdays Highly recommended for anyone looking for confinement services. Its really great for parents looking to ease into parenthood. Will greatly miss our time here ~ A T
